Growth takes two kinds of capital. Most leaders are short on one.

Ascendente Capital works with CEOs, operating leaders and private equity partners to build the human capital and the financial capital that lasting growth requires. In English and in Spanish.

The two capitals

People and operations. Transactions and ownership.

Most advisors cover one side. Ascendente works across both, and invests its own money, so every recommendation is made the way an owner would make it.
